Also included are tips and tricks to stay healthy at work, both personalised and general.

It’s amazing how just 15 minutes of self-care during the day can make such a difference. Tuning in to your body whilst someone eases out the tension and stress build-up of a busy week can instigate quite a powerful shift both physically and mentally. I really hope to bring this to your workspace.
